This Privacy Policy explains how Go Run ("the app", "we", "us") handles your information. Go Run is a personal running coach app for iPhone and Apple Watch. We have designed it to keep your data on your device wherever possible.

Summary

• Go Run has no user accounts and does not require you to sign in.
• Go Run does not use any third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
• Go Run does not show ads and does not include advertising SDKs.
• Your health and fitness data is read from Apple Health and processed on your device. It is not uploaded to our servers.
• The only information that ever leaves your device is feedback you choose to send us, and basic network requests required to deliver it.

Health & fitness data

With your permission, Go Run reads data from Apple Health to personalize your running plan, including:

• Workouts and workout routes (including GPS route data for your runs)
• Heart rate, running speed, walking + running distance
• VO₂ max and workout effort scores
• Height and body weight

This data is used solely to generate your run suggestions and progress reviews. All of this processing — including the AI that creates your run suggestions — happens locally on your device using Apple's on-device intelligence. We do not transmit your Health data off the device, and we do not sell or share it with anyone.

You control what Go Run can read. You can review or revoke Health permissions at any time in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Go Run. Go Run never writes to or modifies your Health data.

Feedback you send us

If you choose to send feedback through the app, the message you write is delivered to us by email. This is the only feature that intentionally sends information off your device, and it only happens when you tap to send. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in feedback messages. We use feedback only to respond to you and to improve the app.

Advertising

Go Run does not show ads. The app does not include advertising SDKs and does not send data to advertising networks.

Data we do not collect

Go Run does not collect your name, email address (unless you include it in feedback), or contacts. We do not build personalized advertising or marketing profiles, we do not use your data to track you across other apps and websites, and we do not sell your data.

Data retention & deletion

App data is stored locally on your device. Deleting Go Run removes its on-device data. Health data remains in Apple Health and is managed there. Feedback emails you send us are retained in our email inbox until we no longer need them to assist you; you may ask us to delete your feedback by contacting us.

Apple platform & services

Go Run is distributed through the App Store and runs on Apple platforms. Your use of the app and the App Store is also governed by Apple's policies, including the Apple Privacy Policy, the Apple Standard License Agreement (EULA), and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Health data is provided through Apple HealthKit and is handled in accordance with Apple's HealthKit requirements; Go Run never uses HealthKit data for advertising or marketing, and never shares it with third parties.

Children

Go Run is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
